Physical Books
You may return a physical book within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition (unread, unmarked, and with all packaging intact).
How to return a book
- Email us at info@bstbooks.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We’ll send you return instructions and a returns address.
- Please use a tracked service when sending the book back (we recommend this so you have proof of postage).
Once we receive the book and confirm it’s in the required condition, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Damaged or faulty books
If your book arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund straight away.
eBooks
eBooks are non-refundable.
Once an ebook has been delivered to you by email, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Please check the book description carefully before purchasing.

- We only accept returns of physical books sent to UK addresses.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
