- All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP £) and include VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

4. Orders
- When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the product. We accept your order when we send the order confirmation email.
- We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is a pricing error. If we cancel, we will refund any payment you have made.
- eBooks are delivered instantly by email after payment. Physical books are dispatched according to our Shipping Policy.
5. Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods listed in our Billing & Payment Policy. All payments are processed securely.
6. Delivery
- We deliver physical books to UK addresses only via Standard Mail (4–8 working days).
- Shipping is free on all physical book orders.

7. Returns & Refunds
- Physical books may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in original condition.
- eBooks are non-refundable once delivered.

8. Your Account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission. eBooks are licensed to you for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or copied.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or from delays in delivery that are outside our control (for example, postal delays). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
